Life coaching

"Life is what happens to you while you are busy making other plans."
- John Lennon

Our life is usually not like a straight path. Often we follow winding paths, take the one or the other detour and make a lap of honor. We experience blockages that block the way and the view forward. Detecting such blockages and developing new potentials is a frequent topic in life coaching. Often it is also about finding the right balance between the different areas of life for yourself, between the time you spend on work, with family, with friends and with yourself. In life, there are always situations in which points have to be set anew, goals must be reconsidered or newly developed. Personal life coaching gives you more clarity about what’s really important to you and how you get what you want.

Business coaching

"You are what you settle for. You are only as much as you settle for."
- Janis Joplin

In addition to nocturnal sleep, work is the area of life in which we spend most of our time. Accordingly, it is important for us that we can experience satisfaction and success in the job. Unfortunately, this is not always the case. Often the work is not fun, colleagues can annoy and bosses do not always behave as desired. These circumstances can rightly be complained of. However, I see it as my task to help you to better understand your influence in order to use it purposefully to improve your situation. Business coaching is the tool of choice for you if you want to have more fun at work, to better deal with colleagues (or their employees) or if you need to get your boss “under control”. To better secure your current position in the company, a business coaching is just as suitable as to promote your career with a rise to more influence and responsibility.

Entrepreneur coaching

"Someone is sitting in the shade today because someone has planted a tree a long time ago."
- Warren Buffet

No matter if you dream of your own start-up, have set up your own business with a clever business idea or if you run a family business in the third generation. The tasks of an entrepreneur are varied and differ from those of hired managers. While salaried managers usually participate in a division of labor-based decision-making process, in the course of which their decisions are reviewed and validated by higher authorities, an entrepreneur usually decides very independently and at his own risk. The task of the entrepreneur is demanding, intense and occasionally a bit “lonely”. A sparring partner who not only understands his coaching skills, but also knows business realities, can be very useful here. Because special people need a special coaching.
